I was the manager at the Valley location, Golden Rule Brake on Pines, and now I’m the manager for the new location in Post Falls, ID.
The atmosphere at Golden Rule Brake is great. I love the people I work with. It’s as much fun as you can have at work. I don’t feel excessive pressure or need to try and oversell or sell things that are not needed. It’s, obviously, very nice being able to just have the expectation of honesty when you come to work.
For me the being part of the Golden Rule Brake teams means coming to work, then working hard, and finally going home to enjoy my life outside of work as well. Golden Rule Brake is just all around a great place to work. I work with great people and for great people.
